Privacy Policy

SenTech AI BV, Verduinplein 17, 5627 SZ Eindhoven, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 93288212), is the controller of the personal data described here, under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Dutch implementation act (UAVG). Contact form. Your name, email address, how you found us and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and any follow-up. Legal basis: your consent, and steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for up to two years after our last contact.

Research newsletter. Your email address and the role you choose (for example researcher or investor). We use them to send the newsletter and the whitepaper you asked for. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We keep them until you unsubscribe, which you can do with the link in every email. After that we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so we never write to you again by mistake.

Website analytics, only if you accept. Anonymous, aggregated statistics about visits (pages viewed, referring site, country, device and browser type) and page-speed measurements. They use no cookies and are not used to identify you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). If you decline, they are not loaded at all.

Technical logs. Like every website, our hosting provider briefly processes your IP address, browser type and the time of each request to deliver pages and keep the site secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Spam protection. When you send a form, we briefly count requests per IP address to stop floods of automated messages, and check that the domain of your email address can receive mail. Nothing from these checks is stored beyond a few minutes. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the forms free of abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We use a small number of service providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of this website, and the analytics described above if you accept.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): our newsletter list, and delivery of contact-form messages to our mailbox.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this happens under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for their own marketing.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what was done before. Email info@sentechai.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Our website, contact form and newsletter are meant for people aged 16 and over.

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries and subscriber data is limited to the people who need it.

Our pages link to partners, funding programmes and event sites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our website.
